It's no secret that Generation Z is more emotional than previous generations. They've grown up in  world that is constantly changing and full of challenges, and as a result, they tend to feel things more deeply than their elders .There are a number of reasons why Generation Z is more emotional. For one, they're more connected to the world than ever before. With social media, they're constantly exposed to the struggles of others and they're more aware of the injustices in society than their parents were at their age. This has led to an increase in empathy among this generation, but it also means they're more sensitive to what's happening around them.

Because Generation Z is so connected and aware of the world, they tend to have strong opinions about things that matter most to them. They're not afraid to speak up for what they believe in and are more willing to take a stand than previous generations. Because they care so deeply about everything from politics to social issues

As a generation, Gen Z is said to be intensely connected with their emotions. Due to the constant streams of information that they are exposed to online and the strong bonds they have with one another, this generation has a greater understanding of their own emotions than any other before. It is possible that some members of this generation may be more aware of their feelings due to a variety of factors.

The digital world that Gen Z grew up in offers a window into the feelings of others due to the constant streams of information that come through social media. According to Bridget Harrison, author of "Gen Z @ Work", this generation has greater awareness and access to its own emotions as well as those of others. The time spent online also enhances the ability to understand and process ones own emotions and those of others as they read through discussions and comments on social media platforms. Moreover, the constant connection exists and is a way for members of this generation to share their feelings with each other.

The constant flow of information also allows Gen Z to get a closer grasp on their own emotions as they read through posts on social media and comment more frequently on them. This generation has been termed the first "emotionally literate" generation due to the amount of information available at any given time regarding pictures that show strong emotions. This can be found on different social media platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook. Additionally, many of these platforms offer a wide range of filters that make it easier for users to express emotion through different visual effects such as hearts or rainbows in addition to literal image

Gen Zers are, on average, more emotional than their Baby Boomer parents. While both generations do experience emotions, Gen Zers seem to be more expressive about them, more susceptible to them and less rational in understanding them. In other words, they have a lot of feelings.

One important factor is that they grew up in the digital age which means they were exposed to social media and all its downsides starting at a very early age. Snapchat and Instagram (which most Gen-Zers use) give people an outlet for showing every detail of their lives 24/7 or whenever they want to.
